sorry for the late reply, I had to fight a bitter battle against all this spam.

It's really by coincidence that I saw your comment.

So, thanks a lot for your comment and here the answer straight forward: no, I have to admit I did not test exporting data to Excel.

But I will and comment back on what you can do as a workaround.

Hi Andreas,

I really appreciate the solution, but did you try exporting it to Excel or Power Point or .CSV file...

the formatting is lost, the data in the column is exported in a standard format..
